UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who has expressed interest in participating in this project. We have hit capacity but if you wish to be added to the waitlist in case a space opens up please complete the form below. We will aim to contact everyone who is selected to participate and book in a time by the end of the week. Anyone who is not selected will be put on the waitlist and contacted if a space becomes available.

If you are interested in participating in other research activities being conducted by CHF, you may like to have a look at Australia’s Health Panel where we are currently running a short survey looking at people’s experience with community pharmacy.

Thanks for your interest in being part of CHF research looking at consumer experiences accessing medical records and perspectives on consenting to health data sharing. The Participant Information Sheet which tells you more about the project can be found here.

For this stage of the project we are looking to conduct ~1 hour interviews with:

  • consumers who have accessed or attempted to access their personal medical records
  • consumers who have given or been asked to give their consent to share their health data for secondary purposes e.g. health research, population databases
  • carers of the above mentioned consumers.

If you believe this is you, please fill out the EOI form and indicate your availability by proposing three time slots that you are available between 8am and 8pm AEST on any day from Monday 20th July 2020 to Sunday August 16th 2020. We recommend you allow 90 minutes in case the interview runs longer than expected. Participants will be compensated with a $50 giftcard as thanks for their time and assistance.

If you have any questions or queries, please contact James Ansell at j.ansell@chf.org.au
