Background

This program of work is funded by the Australian Government under the Quality Use of Diagnostics, Therapeutics and Pathology Program which aims to improve the way medicines and medical tests are prescribed and used.

Purpose

The Stakeholder Reference Group will be engaged to provide advice on matters from each stakeholders perspective and to disseminate program information to constituents.

Roles and responsibilities

Up to two consumers will be appointed to the Reference Group which will meet twice per year. Meetings will be in hybrid format (online and/or in person). The appointments are from January 2024 - August 2025. Consumers will be paid a sitting fee and travel costs if attending in person.
