About
The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is a government agency that addresses how digital technology can be used to improve healthcare in Australia and is the national body leading the National Digital Health Strategy 2023–2028. The Strategy fosters a person-centred, digitally assisted healthcare system, helping Australians take control of their health with safe and easy information sharing between consumers, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
The Agency has developed various digital health tools to use in everyday healthcare, including:
My Health Record: A safe online history of a person's most important medical information that is available to patients and medical professionals.
my health app: A mobile app that gives users access to their health information easily, including medications, pathology results, and immunisation history.
Electronic prescriptions: A system that sends prescriptions to a person’s phone by either SMS or email.
Active Script List: A digital list that allows pharmacists to view and help manage a person’s active prescriptions.
The opportunity and your role
In partnership with CHF, the Agency is looking for four (4) consumers to share their stories and experiences on how they have used digital health tools and services to improve their health and wellbeing to use as promotional materials. This could include media interviews, podcasts, videos, photographs, webinars, social media posts, or other communication channels. The Agency will work with the consumers to find the best way to showcase their stories.
CHF will pay consumers $92.80 ex GST per hour for their participation (based on the standard Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal rate).
