Engaging with consumers nationally to gather their views and experiences through research, surveys and events such as roundtables, focus groups and webinars.
Pulling together consumers’ views to determine our policy submissions, position papers and advocacy priorities.
Advocating for consumers directly to Federal MPs and department officials, as well as sitting on national advisory groups and committees.
Amplifying consumer views through the media, social media and presentations to provide an independent voice on healthcare system issues.
