Koen van Venetie | Digital Educator - Partnerships and Education, Policy, Programs and Engagement Division | Australian Digital Health Agency
Koen is a Digital Health Educator at the Australian Digital Health Agency. He has 7 years of experience working in IT, as a usability specialist. He also comes with 5 years teaching experience with a range of ages in many different settings. He is passionate about helping people to connect with technology and show how digital tools can improve patient care and help healthcare providers streamline their approach.
Pip Brennan
Pip Brennan has been a health consumer advocate for more than 25 years in a diverse range of roles including as the Executive Director of the Health Consumers' Council in WA from 2015-2021. Since then Pip has freelanced as a Lived Experience Advocate in state and national committees and projects in health and medical research. She is currently working for the Health Consumers' Council to lead the consumer involvement work in WA Health's EMR implementation.

Shu Chen | Consumer Representative
Shu Chen is a healthcare consumer representative with a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) background. She started on her consumer representative journey in early 2019, drawing from her lived experience and keen interests in digital health, mental health, chronic illnesses, healthy ageing, medical imaging, and telehealth services. Shu has a professional IT background and is passionate about helping to build a healthcare system that truly reflects and serves Australia’s multicultural society. Shu is a member of CHF’s Digital Health Project Consumer Panel, adding her voice and experience to key consumer issues.
Dr Kathy Rainbird
Dr Kathy Rainbird holds a PhD in Behavioural Science in Relation to Medicine and is a Senior Provider Adoption Lead at the Australian Digital Health Agency. Kathy is based in Western Australia and has been working with Aboriginal Medical Services and other healthcare providers both across WA and nationally, training them in the benefits, features and clinical use of My Health Record.
