In this webinar, you will hear from Dr Fei Sim, President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, Dr Michael Nolan, GP, and Aish Nadu, who will share her personal perspectives as a health care consumer and advocate.
CHF will also discuss the results of a recent Australia's Health Panel survey for consumer views on the topic.

Aish Naidu
Aish is a lived experience consumer advocate and has experience being a young carer, with experience working within Aged Care and the Supportive and Palliative care sector. Specifically, promoting culturally sensitive and appropriate care for CALD consumers. Aish is passionate about consumer engagement and leadership, increasing equity and access to healthcare and having an intersectional approach in diverse and inclusive spaces.
Dr Fei Sim
Dr Fei Sim is the National President and Chair of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) Board. She is the Chair of the inaugural PSA Contemporary Community Pharmacy Practice (CCPP) Communities of Specialty Interest, which is a forum to support collaboration, innovation and strategic progression of various practice areas in pharmacy. Fei is a Senior Lecturer and the Coordinator of International Engagement in the Curtin Medical School at Curtin University, Western Australia. Fei holds a Doctoral degree in Pharmacy, is a practising pharmacist, a community pharmacy owner, a pharmacist immuniser and an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
Dr Michael Nolan
Dr Michael Nolan is a 40 year veteran of General Practice. He was a founding member of Divisions of General Practice, Bayside Medicare Local and South East Melbourne PHN. He has had an interest in change management in General Practice and use of multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to his patients. He maintains strong contact with his local pharmacists as part of that care.
