CHF is currently seeking applications for voluntary Elected Director positions for a three-year term. Two Elected Director positions are on offer. 

As a CHF Director, you will help to steer the organisation towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies.  

Working with the CEO and CHF Management, you’ll support the organisation to obtain the resources, funds and personnel necessary to implement the organisation's strategic objectives. 

Eligibility and election process 

Individuals interested in applying for an Elected Director position need to be nominated by a current CHF Voting Organisational Member and submit the relevant forms outlined below.  A full list of CHF Voting Organisational Members can be viewed here

Once nominations close, CHF Board and Voting Organisational Members will review each candidate pack and cast their vote through an electronic voting system. An announcement of successful candidates for the Elected Director Positions will be made at the CHF AGM on Tuesday 29 October 2024.

  • CHF Board of Directors nomination form 

  • Candidate Statement 

  • Declaration of Fitness to Serve form 

Please note, interested applicants will also need to provide their Director ID. Information on how to apply for a Director ID can be found in the CHF Board of Director Election Guidelines and Nomination Forms Pack.
