The Youth Health Forum is excited to announce that we are running a grants program. Applications close on 31 May 2021.

This program will focus on the “Missing Middle” in health care, that being young people who do not have the knowledge or resources to access health services as needed.

Applicants should aim to address the issues raised in the report Life Transitions and Youth Pathways to Services produced by the YHF, the National Action Plan for the Health of Children and Young people 2020-2030, and the Youth Taskforce Interim Report.

Grants up to $10,000 are available to organisations that have partnered with young people to improve their peers access to health services.

To apply for these grants, carefully read the guidelines here, and ensure you meet the criteria shown, and then submit a completed application form.

Submissions should be emailed to

For people who don’t have access to word, PDF versions of forms are available at the bottom of this page.
