The Youth Health Forum is excited to announce that we are running a grants program. Applications closed on 31 May 2021.

This program is focused on the “Missing Middle” in health care, that being young people who do not have the knowledge or resources to access health services as needed.

Successful applicants were asked to aim to address the issues raised in the report Life Transitions and Youth Pathways to Services produced by the YHF, the National Action Plan for the Health of Children and Young people 2020-2030, and the Youth Taskforce Interim Report.

Grants of up to $10,000 were available to organisations that have partnered with young people to improve their peers access to health services.
